Admissions training workshop

A 1-week boot camp with counselors from other institutions.  They'll hear best practices on territory management, office culture (general), conducting effective visits, structuring a quality phone interview with effective questions, strategies for discovering a strong value proposition, phone skills, sales and customer service skills, and many other topics.
Expect to pay less than bringing in a trainer and see what a week of undivided training attention does to prep your new counselors.

Recruitment and Sales Guide

The basis for the half-day workshop. Not to be purchased without the workshop, however, the guide includes additional information that are also suitable for brand new counselors.
The most effective way to use this ~80 page guide would be to have your present day team receive the workshop, purchase the guide to go deeper, and the guide will reduce the necessity to purchase future half-day workshops down the road.

Content Marketing Workshop

It is much more cost effective to bring the conference to your enrollment and/or marketing office rather than to send everyone to a conference. This roughly 3 hour workshop was created to discuss the latest and greatest in content marketing.
