Admissions training workshop
A full day (or two half-days) workshop on your campus. Your staff will hear best practices on territory management, office culture (general), conducting effective visits, structuring a quality phone interview with effective questions, strategies for discovering a strong value proposition, phone skills, sales and customer service skills.
This comes for free with purchase of the Admissions Training Workshop. This helps your staff continue to discuss helpful topics even after the training. It can also be given to staff who miss the training or are hired after the training.
You will receive a working document that you can edit as you wish. All concepts and activities from the training are included, but you can add pages and sections to make this a true once and for all tool for all new and seasoned staff. These pages and sections are marked as incomplete, and you can complete them or remove them and then this is only an admission sales manual.
It is much more cost effective to bring the conference to your enrollment and/or marketing office rather than to send everyone to a conference. This roughly 3 hour workshop was created to discuss the latest and greatest in content marketing.
